Hi friends, welcome to Friday Favorites. When I sat down to write this post, I could almost hear the chirping cricket, because it only summarized my week. I don’t want to be someone else, but I think my only favorite this week is finally Friday.
But in the spirit of maintaining positive things and chipper, I will dig deeper and find several more favorite. I am usually the type of person full of glass … after I panic a little. I think that’s why I like this link and that makes me look for a favorite part of what sometimes a week you prefer to forget.
More rain
And talk about weeks you prefer to forget – let’s start with the weather. Rain all week. All. Week. I told you !! And yes, it is annoying: washing can’t dry on the phone, the house feels moist, and generally just gloomy. But when you work in childcare, wet weeks is another level of misery. I don’t think we have to play outside this week. And this year, we have many living children (reading the implicit, friends of my educator) who need around 50 hectares to burn all the energy.
The reversed side, even though it was a difficult week with wild weather and wild children, I worked with some people who were really fun, and I was lucky enough to call some of them my friends. They are people I can play and laugh at when we are in the trench.
Soup
So, what is another favorite? … think … think … oh yes! I finally pulled out the remaining leg bones from our Christmas Ham who had taken the space in the freezer and decided to make peas soup and ham. I have to do it before we reach the summer – Besides that, what’s the point, right?
Initially I was upset because the bones did not enter the pan, so it was sticking out. And I started making soup at 8 pm on Monday night. Who did that ?? I, I thought – after I got my mind on something.
Talking, in the end, soft pieces from the tip of the bone out, and the entire bone glide right into the pan. It boils for several hours. After I took out the bone, I was blitzed and ended with a thick soup. I have eaten it for lunch throughout the week, and even though it’s not the most beautiful soup, it tastes good!

You can also call it my cold-farewell food. Within a few weeks, I can say, “Good luck winter, see you – don’t let the door hit you in a way out.”
Aldi’s favorite
Another favorite this week? My husband went to Aldi to buy more Porcini Trangioli mushrooms that I talked about last Friday. That That Good – He goes shopping for grocery! I took the opportunity to add a few more things to the list, and even slipped the face cream at night there. The extraordinary thing about Aldi is that they do not provide the first choice. So I’m pretty sure he will do it right.

He returned home with an ordinary cream, not the one labeled “mature” (so yes, technically me). I actually prefer ordinary creams because they are lighter, and when I tell him that I am proud he did it right, he admitted that he was afraid to buy a “older woman” cream! Ha ha!
And those are some things that make this week a little brighter. Should be bright and warm tomorrow – with difficulty imagining when pouring now. By the way, the fingers across the weather bureau are correct. Hopefully you (and me) bright and bright weekends!
