Favorite Friday – Spring and Term Break Edition

Hi friends, happy Friday! I am very ready to rest this term and the vibrations of fresh spring that accompany it. This is a tiring term, and I am very grateful that, at 3:46 a.m. today, we have two weeks off – ahhhh, the big sighs that occur here when I type this.

So, for Friday’s favorite today, I think I will share some of my favorite things about this year and why I am so excited for spring school holidays.

Slow morning

Not rushing out of the door, no lunch packaging, or competing to hang out washing so that it dries while I was working. Just slow down coffee and let the day come in. Happiness. Now, if only our cat will get a memo that I don’t wake up early. They like to appear on my bedroom door at 6 o’clock in the morning, meowing for breakfast.

The paths of spring

I like to walk to and from work in any season. Even if it is cold, windy or rain (thankfully for my gum boots), I still enjoy it. But no one beats walking in spring. I like smelling in the air and seeing people out with their dogs, even small white clothes that are pounding and frightening my life almost every day.

Sunlight after winter

Being able to sit outside without frozen is a treat, especially at work when we are in a playground. I am 100 percent sure our playground is the coldest place in the world. I also like that at night longer and I don’t feel the day ends at 4.30 in the afternoon.

Fresh fruit

Hello give, peaches, and mangoes! I haven’t seen mangoes, but I’m sure I will be every day now. After months of apples and oranges, I am very happy that the colorful fruit finally returns to the season.

A little refreshing home

Exchanging heavy blankets for lighter bed covering, washing the sofa cover and knowing that they will dry up in the hot sun, and even just open a wide window. It’s nice to say seeing ya later, winter!

Time to recharge

I like that the term rest gives me the freedom to catch up with friends! I queued for a few days of shopping, lunch date, and some coffee chasing.

I also really want to pursue blogging because the recent rear seat is taken lately with everything that happens at work. But it ended today, and the boy did it well binding all parts and pieces, turning off the laptop, and packing it.

I also want my brain to rest! You will not believe how, for the past few weeks, all I have thought of is preschool planning and songs -children’s songs that go around in my head in the loop … Larry The Lobster, Larry The Lobster Dug in Sand All Day… aaaaghhh! Stop!

So a little old that I’m tired of making it short and signed. I was still wearing my work clothes, so I went to take a shower, and because this was Friday night, that means it’s time to relax. Thank you very much for stopping by, and I hope you have an extraordinary weekend.
