I have a show that I only watched when I was in the gym. So if I want to watch supernatural episodes, I have to exercise. And that is also an easy timer for me to make sure I exercise for at least 40-45 minutes.
M60. I came out of the gym and had a dog. I walk/jog/run as far as 3 to 5 miles per day. External training is the best.
Three days a week I walked again. One day I went fast on a flat path. And two days a week I do an intense hill with a twist: Do it up to the back or side. That is my feet day. Then walk quickly on flat and take my time at the bottom of the hill. Two days per week I do in a dog garden and stand around so that dogs can play with other dogs. And I chatted with humans.
When there is a yard work, I exchange long paths with yard work. Sweeping, sawing, cutting, cutting, etc. for the upper body exercising. I have 3 hectares of gardens to tend to be so successful if I use all hand tools.

Well, I have found that dancing strongly around the living room I pretended in the music video burning a lot of calories such as sports sessions. Plus, I can practice the air guitar skills winning my award simultaneously! Who needs a treadmill when you have an imaginary crowd encouraging you?
Work from home just tricks:
I used to try to wake up early to exercise and failed miserably. I’m not a morning person. However, I can wake up 30-45 ‘earlier if the prize is a cup of coffee, a calm room (the two children will soon wake up) and start my work routine: Email check, prepare for the day …

This is very basic but very little that water will not improve. Headache? Drink water. Sleepy? Drink water. Sick? Drink water. Food cravings? Drink water.
Mine like, they say clothes for the job you want. But I also use this for the body you want. I try to usually wear sports clothes such as sweat or gym shirt or my shorts. Usually put me in a frame of thinking to exercise or want to exercise. Reminds me to really get training when I don’t want to either.
5K Sofa Program. Sofa potatoes for life, but must start working from home during Pandemi, starting to run with my father. Now I can run 5K during lunch break. Treat your fitness regimen as a motivator to make other complementary lifestyle choices, rather than treating it as something done to pay off other choice debts.
For example, “I will eat dinner so that I am in the best form for training tomorrow morning”.
Eat because you exercise, rather than exercising because you eat.
Have equipment in my home. I know it’s impossible for everyone, but I got a peloton last year and this is the first time I remain consistent with the routine of training. I used 32 weeks in a row and still strong.
This is more a diet hack, but stops following all restaurants/food related to food on social media. I found that more I saw the more triggered me to eat (not having to go out to these places, down to my kitchen)! Be careful with the aroma of candles or wall plugs that you use … not joking, like a clock when I burned my maple syrup candle that I want is just candy! Candles or plug in related to sweet foods do this for me. These two things really help me stay on the track.
Eating preparation.
Planning food this week, cooking everything on Sundays, then spread the refrigerator for a week really helps me keep using the eating plan.
After I have a child, I paid stupid expensive sports classes like BFT, F25, Orange Theory so if I missed the class, I had to pay and then I would get myself back in habit and stop. That is the only way I can return to the gym consistently. Also, rest – it’s good for you. Choose the sport that you enjoy. Walking is sports.
Edit: I am not very clear, I came out of the training class but did not stop exercising.
