Hi friends, it’s time to finish weeks with several favorite. Let’s go!

Dinner with friends

First, we met several friends for dinner on Tuesday night. I’m not sure if I will be in any condition to get out after work because it is a long Days – work, then meetings, and then CPR refreshment training courses. I have a vision about myself who is sleeping in my food like Jane Fonda Monster in law–Haha, have you ever seen it? A few days ago I watched it again – very funny!

But knowing that I have something fun to look forward to helping me push all day. When we sat down for dinner, I was very glad I left. The food is delicious, the company is even better. Steve and I have known this couple since our teenager – well, my teenager, not his, he is six years older than me hehe.

What for dinner

I shared on Wednesday that I usually cook. Some because I enjoyed a close show when I did it, and most of it because I struggled to release my usual routine. But on Thursday, I finally decided to accept Steve’s offer to help.

Usually, our conversation goes like this:
“Hey, do you want me to make dinner tonight?”
Me: “Oh, it’s okay, I’ll do it when I go home.”

I must have a stone in my head. I mean, serious – who No Take an offer for dinner for them?!

So he made roast beef and sauce using a pan juice. I always use a mixture of maggi packages.

He also baked potatoes and sweet potatoes in air frying, making garden salads, and everything feels extraordinary. The beef is very soft, and the sauce is extraordinary. He even made Bolognese sauce for Friday, so we can have it with pasta (my favorite) or rice (Sam’s Favorite – I know, right? Who has Bolognese sauce with rice?! Haha).

And just like that, I have decided he can have a kitchen on Thursday and make us eat as much as he likes. I closed my apron. Well, not fully hanging it. Oh yeah – Did I mention him chef? Yep … I am almost too embarrassed to share this, but I have been married to a chef for so long, and I always insist on cooking. And I have given him a mixture of package sauce.

Treat

The sweet snacks brought to us by our pleasant coworkers are always a favorite. This week, it is a package of mint slices and a packet of Gaiety biscuits.

I have never had a joy before, but I have put it in my shopping list – they are a crispy wafer layer filled with fine hazelnut chocolate cream, all coated with milk chocolate. Very Delicious – This biscuit makes me in Hazelnut!

Last week working hard with all the rain and trapped indoors, and the same snack supply colleague and this good friend surprised me with a few treatment packages. It has a note that makes me lol, chocolate, biscuits full of cream, and vodka cruiser. Do you know what I experienced tonight? Yes – Three! 😉

And it’s a wrap for this week’s favorite. I went to take a shower, have dinner, watch something on TV, and enjoy my snacks. This will be the best Friday night ever!
