Hi, friends! I hope you have an extraordinary week. It’s very rainy here, and somehow it makes the days feel longer. So yes, I am very happy that Friday finally here – Hello weekend, Fiuh! I know I shouldn’t expect an away time, but I must be ready to enjoy it. I joined Andrea and Erika to share some of my favorite. Thank you very much for stopping by!

Count back to spring

This is the year when winter feels like it has been dragged continuously. I know that Spring is on the horizon, and I can’t wait here. And that’s what all the people I talk to this week said: “I can’t wait for spring!” One hundred percent agreed-I almost felt like I had to get a t-shirt printed in the 80s Neon Celebration that said it!

With it very rain and the sky is gray almost every day, seeing this bright sky on the way to work a few days ago is a lifting mood.

Of course, it rained a few moments later … but we won’t talk about it.

The family is pushing out

Ooops, I almost forgot to share that we have a Connect cousin last Sunday. I was connected on Monday to talk about how we rested, so I didn’t recap the weekend.

This month, we followed on Sunday night – one night suitable for almost everyone. One of our cousins was heading abroad, so that was our last chance to see him before he left for the rest of the month. It was a pleasant night, and pursuing everyone was always the peak of my moon!

We enjoyed the delicious cheese board that my aunt brought.

Then we eat Mexico for dinner – Nacho, Fajitas, Street Corn Salad, Green Leaves Salad, and Rice.

After dinner, we watched a travel video, and I was happy everyone enjoyed it. While it is very funny, and I think the music landed very well. I threw a number of old school hit from the 80s, along with a track from Coldplay, Empire of the Sun, Shaboozey, and The Weeknd. You can’t be wrong with classic!

Then we began to talk about the possibility of our next cousin’s adventure in January 2026. I will share more after that, that is, once we bought airline tickets and there is no way to return. Yay! (Gulp – Take another plane!)

Star Wars and Coke

Have you ever seen a currying can of Star Wars – Wow! I didn’t often buy Coke, so I had never seen this before, but I took some for the Connect cousin.

I thought to keep what had not been opened, but then I remember the lessons from my teenage years. I once kept a limited edition coke in my parents’ cabinet, and when I finally went to get it, who knew how long the bottom was almost completely late. I lifted the can, and came out of the sticky kobo chaos. Bleh – Very dirty!

Delicious pasta night

This Aldi pasta is our favorite, and I haven’t bought it forever. I often shop at Aldi, but now I mostly use unlimited shipping subscriptions from Woolworths to order my food online. I appeared at Aldi the other day and bought a few boxes, and succeeded for dinner on Thursday.

I remain simple-based tomato-based on canned Mutti tomatoes, garlic, and oregano-and and it tastes very good. I really recommend this pasta; It feels like from a restaurant. Not even exaggerating!

Favorite time of snack

Most of the favorite this week is about food! Haha – Food is clearly my favorite topic.

My good friend dropped the baby Ruth the other day. This is not much sold around here, so that is a treat. Are you sure I didn’t see anything when we were in the US this year? I saw on the target and Walmart, but could not find it. Very strange. I won several payday bars. I also love them, and I seize them for myself. I will be very sad when they are finished.

That’s a favorite wrap this week. In a special note, this is my husband’s birthday this Sunday. He works this weekend, so we keep him low and celebrate the four of us tomorrow with lunch and special cakes. Hopefully, we will also squeeze breakfast or lunch on Sundays, depending on how late he comes home from each shift and how he feels. In addition to lunch tomorrow, we only follow the flow and fit in the celebration around work – that’s life when he is in the hospitality industry!
