Hi, friends, I hope you all have a pleasant weekend. It’s fun to be back today, connected with Holly and Sarah and share a little about our very rainy weekend. Thank you very much for stopping by.

Rain and crazy wind

This is not your average rain weekend. There’s no way this is the next level! Sometimes, sometimes, the sky is open and completely charged. It is also very windy. So windy that sometimes the rain sprayed to the side and slammed hard to the window. Good grief!

So what do you do when the weather is wild? If you can, and you don’t have to be anywhere (the poor Sam and Steve must work), you crouch at home – and that’s what I do. I am as happy as a shell because I have no plans and I can be tucked in the room, staying warm and dry all weekends. Yay!

This is a view of my kitchen window – very gray and gloomy. Occasionally, the sun will peek for about a minute, and then – who! – You will go down again a moment later. Very crazy!

Still Working Videos

Most of the Saturday, I just did several assignments around the house and spent time working on travel videos. I have called it a movie because I use the Imovie application. But that is clearly not a big production. So I should still call what it is: Travel Video – Haha!

Yep, I still do it and really enjoy the process. It is very fun to find out the right title to use and fiddled with long transitions so that everything lined up with the rhythm of the music that I chose.

I also found a way to share music and reduce volume so that you can really hear some funny things that are said along the journey. I am very happy that I filmed the bit from what we did – even if I could not use much because I was too eager to stay silent and make the film calmly. I have to be there in the action! Still, that means this video has a good mixture between moments and real photos.

I’ll tell you what I am Morning Experience problems with – long! I don’t want to make it too long, but we have so much adventure for three weeks. I can easily make it during the film feature. But I don’t want to, because I want to share it with other family members. Maybe I will make an epic version only for me.

Night of the film

Hmm … so what else do I built during the weekend rain? Oh yeah, that’s right – I watched Ghost for the thousands of times.

You know when you want to watch something that is guaranteed by the great movies you like? I was really in a mood on Saturday night, so I chose the winner.

When Steve came home from work, he joined me about half the way. He all, “Huh, are you watching this again?” – And then, of course, he was fixed on the screen like me.

Geez, I think that This When I won’t cry, but I can’t help myself.

I also did a strange thing where I found myself hope Sam will not be shot in the beginning – even though I know there will be no film without it. Is there anyone else doing that? Maybe not, because it doesn’t make sense at all.

Brunch and more the same thing

Sunday Brunch is a good spotlight.

And then I look pretty much the same as Saturday. The weather is crazy too!
